Defying the cold & the wind on the Burford 10 course last night Dan Blake (Oxo) won the latest Wednesday night TT with a time of 21min 51sec. Dan was the only rider to break 22min, Tony Turner (Oxo 2nd claim) & Malcolm Rose (Oxo) both did 22min times, Tony 22-11 & Malcolm 22-29 but they could not match Dans pace.
Fortunately for the 19 riders who rode the event the rain held off right until the end.
Thanks to the marshalls, timekeepers & helpers who made the event happen on a night when sitting on the sofa at home would have been preferable.
