We are looking for a new venue at which to hold our club’s cyclocross next winter, because Brookes Harcourt will not be available to us. So please let me know if you have any suggestions, and if possible contact details for whom to approach. Here are the essentials:
Venue requirements:
- Course area of around 10-15 acres;
- Parking for 350 vehicles, of around 3 acres.
- Natural features are a plus but not essential.
- Facilities can all be hired and brought in [toilets etc.] so these are not essential.
A wide variety of venues is used by other promoting clubs, parks, schools and colleges, disused golf courses, moto cross and trials courses, farmland.
